RATES: Horse Boarding Stall Rental: $275 per month plus $200 deposit $25 per day plus $25 deposit per stall Full Board: $650 per month/$35 per day Includes: daily stall cleaning, daily turnout/bring in; de-worming if horse stays more than 2 months; feeding twice a day - hay and grain supplied by us, supplements provided by owner. Training Board: $1350 per month Includes Full Board amenities (see above) and training schedule per agreement. Deposit required to reserve a stall. Current coggins test required BEFORE horse is unloaded. 2 Bedroom Apartment Rental $300 per week plus $150 deposit; $900 per month plus $500 deposit; $675 for 1-6 months plus $500 deposit. $65 per day plus $150 deposit. Apartments are only rented by the day if renter has horse with us on full board and takes daily lessons. *Utilities are included in rental prices. Security/cleaning deposit is required to hold reservation. Rooms will be held for one week without deposit. Pets are allowed with landlord's written permission. There is a pet fee of $35 per month for one pet and an additional $20 per pet for more than one. Bed linens are not provided to rooms rented with pets. It is the renter's responsibility to protect Blue Valley Farm Property.
